Our On Ramp Course
Learn the basics
Keep Learn the basics and the first full sentence but change from – Join our fun supportive Foundation Program to start your transformation the right way. To – Meet with a coach and spend time learning the basics at your own pace on a 121 basis.
Expect a fitness challenge.
Our CrossFit Cardio programme is aimed at those who enjoy longer workouts, interval training and sweating. It is perfect for those wanting to lose weight or improve their endurance and stamina. CrossFit Cardio classes will include light dumbbell and barbell work at high volume in order to build conditioning and strength simultaneously.

Every year, we host several seminars, covering everything from weight loss and nutrition through to mobility and weightlifting techniques. Come along and gain the skills you need to succeed in your health and fitness journey.
The class is designed to diagnose technical faults and apply corrective and technical exercises to improve weightlifting technique and efficiency.
Weightlifting classes are very different from our other group classes as the stimulus is extremely specific. Routine will become your best friend, you will practice variations of the same exercises during every class.
In a Weightlifting class you can expect to receive extremely specific technical feedback as you work to refine and improve your capacity and the quality of your movement in the main lifts. It is not a class designed to test maximal strength every session.
In a Gymnastics class you can expect a warm up, skill development and practice, and a short workout may be programmed at times.
Just like our Weightlifting class, you will work hard and you will get sweaty but not in the same format as a WOD or Cardio session. You will do some drills and routines “on the clock” but high-intensity exercise is not the goal of this class.
This class is about improving your gymnastic skills to make you better at your high intensity exercise during the week.
Open Gym is an opportunity for members to perform some independent programming, while a coach monitors their training, in an environment that doesn’t interfere with normal group classes. You may do some lifts you missed during the week, perform different WODs, and do accessory work to address weaknesses. Overall it is your time to work on the things you want.
Personalised Nutrition Plan
I’m sure you’ve all heard that nutrition is the foundation for performance. In fact, nutrition is the base of the pyramid Crossfit founder Greg Glassman created, with met-cons, gymnastics, weight lifting and sport all being supported by it. What we put into our bodies greatly affects how we look, feel, and perform, but most athletes make nutrition secondary in their training.
