You can’t control the outcomes until you’ve done all the behavioural patterns to adhere too.

So instead of focusing on the outcome losing the 3 kg or fitting in to a pair of jeans , put your heart and soul into all the above.

You can do all the extra bicep curls or bench press or detox diet you want and buy every program from any and every influencer/ athlete but if you’re focusing on the outcomes and not changing behaviours than don’t be annoyed when nothing has changed.

For me this is where it will start to level out because all your energy is being evenly distributed. Your adopting this into your lifestyle which has a turning point attached to it. Once you understand that, you are in a different place because naturally you are changing behaviours. All 3 of these interlocking circles are pulling on each other equally, you understand and approach things differently. You make better choices. Things become more natural and not because you have too.
