Our priorities need to change and for most of us they have. The needle needs to move. We should no longer be joining gyms because we want to burn calories, we should be joining gyms to improve our health and wellbeing.
I’m not very hopeful this will change even coming out of this climate.
Before parting with any money, ask yourself some serious questions.
