If you don’t have the mental strength / coping mechanisms/ strategies to step away from it, you can out do habits that have taken months to create. Notice I didn’t say years, it very unlikely that you will break that (possible but very unlikely). And you are going to see an absolute wave of shit on social media over the next month or so. Genuinely if you see an advert for a quick fix or empty promise unfollow it. You are an adult, if you still haven’t managed to separate shit from the real stuff I would say you haven’t learnt your lessons yet.
