Mango & Blackberry Yoghurt Pots

Serves 2
Ingredients
1-2 tbsp cacao powder
6 heaped tbsp Skyr (or Greek) yoghurt
4 tbsp Granola
Toasted pecans, roughly chopped
Toasted almond flakes
1 fresh ripe mango 🥭, flesh roughly sliced/ chopped
Handful fresh blackberries
2 pcs of dark chocolate bar 🍫 (70% or higher), roughly chopped
Drizzle of maple syrup (or honey 🍯), optional
Method
Divide granola at the base of two pots.
In a separate bowl, mix together the yoghurt and cacao powder. Divide between the two pots.
Divide the pecans over the yoghurt layers.
Divide and layer the fresh mango slices next.
Drizzle over some maple syrup (optional). If I have dark chocolate, I tend not as I find it sweet enough for my taste.
Add the toasted almonds, top with dark chocolate pieces and blackberries. Dive in!
