I have said many times before small actionable goals done daily will lead you to success.
Whatever your end goal is, those small details will pathe the way for you.
In my eyes one of the biggest keys to success is the ability to recognize how much you don't know.
This lockdown has taught me so much, its got me doing things I thought I never would do.
I know a few things...
...but what sticks with me more than anything else, is how much I have to learn, improve, and how much progress there is to make. Even when I think I have nailed something, there is always something new to do.
You need to embrace failure, failure is good for you. Failure gives you tells you everything you need to know about improving and actually that’s a lot like CrossFit, once you nailed one thing the next workout spits you and out and tell you to do better.
