Replacing Habits

Episode 15:

We have said about changing one thing can lead to success.

So lets strip that back and dive in a bit more.

You can do these in any order and I bet most of you will pick the easiest first, but that’s for another day.

There’s an acronym I like to use and that’s K.I.S.S ‘Keep it stupidly simple’. We have a tendency to complicate things when we really don’t have too.

So let's talk about one of things we can change to feel better whether it by physically or mentally. The beauty of it, is that, it will impact you in both ways.
