Breakfast Oats

Serves 1
Ingredients
25g Jumbo rolled oats
20g Crunchy granola
10g Chia seeds & Milled seed mix (flax, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame)
4g Cacao powder
Handful blueberries & red currants
150ml apx milk of choice (or a few tablespoons of Greek or high protein yoghurt of choice)
Method
Throw all the dry ingredients into a bowl.
Top with berries & currants.
Add milk or yoghurt and munch away.
