Get started with a FREE 30 MINUTE consultation that we call a No Sweat Intro.

Our “No Sweat Intro” is a private, free consultation that provides an opportunity for you to share your background, past injuries, concerns, and (most importantly) your unique goals. For some, the conversation is very quick, for others it’s a bit more in depth. 

What do YOU want? That’s the first step we take – learning about you. Everyone is different and we don't have a one size fits all approach. We offer more than access to equipment and great music. We want to hear your story.

Personal Training

At CrossFit Harrow, we are changing people's perception of health and fitness through a new method of Personal Training. As a private gym we are focused on helping our clients lead the most fulfilled life they can.

Online Training

We recognise that time is of the essence and work and family commitments may prevent you from coming to the gym. We have the tools ready to coach you remotely.

Group Coaching

The CrossFit methodology builds a super human. It includes a diverse range of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. Group training is excellent for motivation and you will always push harder training together than what you will training alone.

Nutrition Coaching

Your nutrition is just as important as your physical fitness. We recognise that this is the hardest part so we have developed a realistic program to go hand in hand with your fitness. Our service includes data analysis of your body composition, weekly meetings one to one with an expert along with a 3 month support plan.

CrossFit Harrow OnDemand offers a variety of guided workouts at different intensities and lengths that will test your fitness from a click of a button. You will have access to Core, OnDemand, Daily Flex, CrossFit WODs and Home workouts that will cater for all your fitness needs, you can swap moves for different options based on your ability level or equipment.

 

Whether you want to lose weight, build strength or just fancy a quick workout then we can help you achieve that! You will be given resources in a Movement Library to learn skills needed for the workouts and replicate coaching within a gym, so you will always know what to do from the comfort of your own home. The plug and play feature enables you be anywhere in the world and keep fit on the go!

Our Kid’s Program is an exciting and fun way for kids to exercise and learn healthy lifestyle habits. Our Coaches provide a safe and fun environment that guarantees success for all ability and experience levels. This is NOT just weightlifting for kids. We focus on good movement, having fun, teamwork, and confidence building. The program is based primarily on running, drills, games, bodyweight exercises, tumbling, etc, and introduces the basics of safe weight training.

Each workout, your kids will learn and practice functional movements involving exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play. They will participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes.

Enrolling your child in a well rounded program like ours will show them that health and fitness is something that you prioritise and want to educate them about.

Physical Benefits

Kids brains are like little sponges, itching to make neurological connections and adaptations. These connections in the brain are made in response to stimuli. The more kids can be exposed to when they are young, the more connections and capacities they develop and retain for the rest of their lives.

Emotional Benefits

We work with kids on sportsmanship, leadership, teamwork, listening skills, self-discipline and manners. These are all skills, though not physical, that will help kids become successful later in life.

Fitness As A Lifestyle

​The benefits of a program like CrossFit Kids can be long lasting for children, both physically and mentally, and it is a great activity for children to get into at any age. It is also important to make sure kids find fitness fun – if children grow up associating working out with being something enjoyable and clearly seeing the benefits to their bodies and health, then they are more likely to keep fitness as a priority throughout their lives. Eating healthy becomes a natural and normal choice and being active becomes something they just do.

FAQ

ARE THERE ANY SIGN UP FEES?


We know that getting started with healthier choices can be really tough, and many people usually fail on their promises to get fit, and some even have countless attempts to keep healthy. That’s why we don’t charge for sign up fees. We want to make your journey to starting at CrossFit Harrow as easy as possible




CAN I PAY WEEKLY, FORTNIGHTLY OR MONTHLY?


Your membership will be deducted on the same day each month which is the 28th (if this falls on a weekend, it will be deducted the next working day). If you would like to set up an alternative payment schedule, please contact us.




CAN I PUT MY MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD IF I GO AWAY?


No, unfortunately we have a No Hold Policy. Unlike most gyms, we actually care when you can’t come in to class. You’re more than a number or another ‘customer’ to us. We want you here and you pay for what you use.




WHAT IS THE PROCESS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?


To cancel your membership, complete the cancellation request form on our website before the 21st of the month. Once submitted of our friendly team will contact you to arrange your cancellation. Any cancelled members will be charged at current membership rates if they decide to re-join. All other fixed term memberships cannot be terminated prior to the expiry date and will be charged for the duration of the contract.




I AM FROM OUT OF TOWN AND WANT TO DO A DROP IN, IS THIS POSSIBLE?


If you are an experienced CrossFitter who is travelling from out of town then we would love to host you. Please call us on 0208 861 4306 or email us here to arrange your drop in.

I’m looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and energetic person to develop creative content for our very own App. The ideal candidate will also be a minimum of CrossFit Level 1 Coach and the role can also incorporate class coaching and Personal Training. We currently offer one-on-one customised nutrition, fitness programs and small group training. We educate, motivate and support men, women, and teens to improve their health and fitness. We promote and train from within, and there are multiple opportunities to grow on the horizon. I want someone who enjoys working with people and making a difference in the lives of others—because that’s what we do in my gym. You’ll become a part of an elite fitness team that is leading the way in every capacity. This creator position is a first of its kind, a role located in Harrow, London. This is a new role is a great opportunity to have a creative impact on a young and eager team. We run a 5 day a week production with hours of new content being created each week.
